13. PARTICIPATION IN DANCE AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
Flamenco classes and related activities involve physical movement and may involve footwork, turns, arms, changes of direction and other physical activity.
You are responsible for determining whether you are physically able to participate.
You should use an appropriate practice space and suitable flooring and footwear.
You should follow reasonable safety instructions given by the instructor.

time;
format; or
other logistical elements of a service.
Where a material change or cancellation is necessary, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and, where appropriate, offer an alternative date, equivalent service, credit or refund.
If we cancel a service and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, we will provide the applicable refund or other remedy required by the circumstances and applicable law.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other expenses you incur in connection with a service that is changed or cancelled.

Some experiences may involve third parties, including:

Where a third party provides a separate service, that service may be subject to the third party's own terms and conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not the provider of those third-party services.
Where we purchase or arrange a third-party service as part of your booking, we will provide information about the relevant arrangements where appropriate.
18. NO GUARANTEE OF PARTICULAR RESULTS
Flamenco is an artistic discipline, and individual progress depends on many factors, including practice, previous experience, physical ability, musical understanding and individual goals.
We do not guarantee that participation in a particular class, course, workshop or programme will produce a specific artistic, technical, professional or commercial result.
Our educational services are designed to provide instruction, tools and guidance to support your development.
19. WEBSITE AND ACCOUNT USE
You agree to provide accurate information when purchasing or registering for our services.
Where an account is required, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
You must not share your account credentials with another person unless expressly permitted by the relevant product.
We may suspend or terminate access where an account is used in violation of these Terms or where we reasonably believe that unauthorised sharing or misuse has occurred.
20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Subject to that limitation, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of our services.
We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including serious illness, natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures, transportation disruption, technical failures or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.
Nothing in this section affects statutory consumer rights or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
21. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
By booking or purchasing a service, you acknowledge that we need to process certain information in order to administer your booking, provide the service, communicate with you and fulfil our legal and contractual obligations.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information about how personal information is collected, used and protected.
22. CONSUMER RIGHTS
If you purchase our services as a consumer, you may have legal rights under the laws of your country or jurisdiction that cannot be excluded or limited by a contract.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict those rights.
In particular, consumers in the European Union may have mandatory rights concerning information provided before purchase, withdrawal from certain distance contracts, digital content, conformity of services and other consumer remedies.
The application of these rights depends on the nature of the service and the applicable law.
Where mandatory consumer law provides a right or remedy that differs from these Terms, the mandatory legal right or remedy will prevail.
23. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory rights concerning applicable law or jurisdiction, nothing in this section prevents you from exercising those rights.
24. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements or business practices.
