How your week works
Sunday, 20:00: your plan arrives
A new technique video, plus Irene’s personal correction of last week’s practice. (except on week 1)
All week: you practise
Work on your corrections and the new material, on your own schedule.
By Friday, 23:59: you send your video
Up to 2 minutes of your practice. That’s what Irene reviews over the weekend.
All times are Spain time. The first video arrives on Sunday 10 January 2027.

Irene “La Sentío” has spent more than 20 years performing and teaching inside Seville’s professional flamenco world. It was the Farrucos who gave her the name. Throughout the programme, she is the one who watches your videos and corrects them.

FAQs
What if I miss a week?
The corrections for that week are lost and can’t be recovered or carried over. On Sunday you’ll receive the next technique video with the rest of the group. There’s no refund or discount for weeks without a video.
How do I send my videos?
You’ll get your own private Google Drive folder. Upload your video there by Friday at 23:59, Spain time. Videos that arrive later count as not sent.
What setup do I need?
Your phone is enough. Film in good light, with your whole body and your feet in the frame, and make sure your footwork can be heard.
Will there be live classes?
No. All the coaching is by video. The only live moment is the final 1-hour group session on Zoom.
What if I can’t attend the final session?
You’ll receive the recording.
Does this replace private classes?
No. Private classes are live, one-to-one work on your own goals. Coaching follows a shared technique plan, with a personal correction of your practice each week.
